KYPaleo is a website created by two IGNITE Institute students for their sophomore year-long project. This website was created to provide an up-to date and easy to understand resource about the different fossils found in Kentucky, as well as the birthplace of American paleontology, Big Bone Lick State Park.
We provide information about the most common and well-known fossil specimens in Kentucky, as well as the geological history of Kentucky and Big Bone Lick State Park.
